ORDER OF ACTS -- 1. To divorce A. P. K. Safford from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing with Jenny L. T. Safford -- 2. Legalizing the acts of Charles Baker as a member of the Board of Supervisors of Yuma county -- 3. To locate the County Seat of Mohave County -- 4. Fixing the compensation for mileage of members of the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Arizona -- 5. To change the name of Daniel Lee Pierce to Daniel Lee Noyes -- 6. To authorize the County Treasurers of the several counties of this Territory to appoint deputies -- 7. To encourage Scientific Medical Practice and to prevent Quackery -- 8. Amendatory of Chapter ten of the Howell Code, entitled of Crimes and punishment, and acts amendatory thereto -- 9. Amendatory of Chapter twenty-four of the Howell Code, entitled "of General and Special Elections." -- 10. To appropriate money for Educational purposes -- 11. To facilitate the payment of the debt of Yuma county -- 12. To provide for the appointment and prescribe the duties of Guardians -- 13. To change the name of Arizona City -- 14. To provide for obtaining the Statistics of the Territory -- 15. To better enable the Board of Supervisors of Yuma County to erect County Buildings -- 16. To change the name of William Henry McDonough to Sidney Willis Carpenter -- 21. Relating to District Courts -- 22. Amendatory of "chapter eleven, Howell Code," entitled "Of Proceedings in Criminal Cases." -- 23. To amend an act entitled "An act to provide Revenue for the Territory of Arizona, and the several counties thereof," approved February 18, 1871 -- 24. To authorize the Town Corporation of Yuma to levy a special tax for the purpose of constructing a levee on the Gila and Colorado rivers -- 25. To amend section one of an act entitled "An act fixing the Commencement, Terms, Time and Expiration of the office of certain Territorial and County officers," approved February 18, 1871, and to legalize the acts of Notaries Public and Commissioners of Deeds -- 26. To encourage the sinking of Artesian Wells -- 27. Amendatory of chapter thirty-seven of the Howell Code, entitled "Of Exemptions of Real Estate." -- 28.
