AN ACT making appropriations for the current and contingent expense: Civil government of the territory of Arizona for two years ending December 31
1888, and other purposes -- AN ACT to encourage the construction of railroads to the Grand Canyon of the Colorado -- AN ACT to provide for the payment of the claim of Samuel Hill, for balance due him on contract of S. E. Patton, for erecting normal school building -- AN ACT to survey and define a part of the boundary line between the counties of Mohave and Yavapai -- AN ACT concerning county and probate courts -- AN ACT fixing the time for holding the district courts of the second judicial district -- AN ACT confirming the levy and fixing the rates of taxation in the several counties -- AN ACT to repeal an act entitled supplemental to chapter XXIV, of the Compiled Laws of Arizona, entitled "of general and special elections," approved March 12, 1885 -- AN ACT amendatory of chapter 49>, of license tax -- AN ACT for the relief of Andrew Tyner -- AN ACT repealing an act entitled "an act authorizing the county of Maricopa to issue bond to raise money for the purpose of improving the court house square of the City of Phoenix, and to provide suitable furniture for the court house, approved March 3d, 1885 -- AN ACT to repeal certain sections of chapter forty-eight, Compiled Laws of Arizona -- AN ACT to repeal an act, entitled "an act to establish public pounds," approved February 9th, 1877 -- AN ACT to repeal an act entitled an act amending an act relating to county treasurers, county collectors and boards of supervisors, approved February 7th, 1879 -- AN ACT to appeal act No. 64 Session Laws of 1885 entitled, an act to provide for the building of a levee on the west bank of the Gila River, at vilalge of Yuma -- AN ACT repealing part of Section 3 of the act exempting fireman from certain taxes, jury duties, etc. -- AN ACT to repeal an act entitled "an act regulating the herding of sheep," approved February 12, 1875 -- AN ACT to repeal section 3, chapter LIII., entitled "of electric telegraphs'' -- JOINT RESOLUTION conveyiug the thanks of the fourteenth legislative assembly of the territory of Arizona to General Nelson A. Miles -- CONCURRENT RESOLUTION requesting the President of the United States to nominate and appoint Ben goodrich, chief justice of Arizona -- MEMORIAL, to secretary of war, asking for establishment of "soldier's home" at Yuma, Arizona territory -- MEMORIAL to president and congress of United States for appropriation to survey and issue patents to lands in Arizona territory belonging to Atlantic and Pacific Railroad Company -- MEMORIAL in reference to the Navajo Indian -- MEMORIAL in reference to desert land -- MEMORIAL relating to trial of Indians in district court
